    Ingredients

    • 2 cups cooked, cooled quinoa
    • 300 g broccoli florets
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    • ½ cup chickpea flour
    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Method

    1. Heat the oven to 200°C and line a tray with baking paper.

    4. Rest for 5 minutes. Add 1–2 tbsp water if crumbly, or another tbsp chickpea flour if too wet.
